Cookie Policy

This policy describes the cookies and trackers used on the polaire.eu website (hereinafter the “Site”), published by Joubert France for the products and customers of its Polaire brand, and how you can exercise your choices.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. It is used, among other things, to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, or measure the Site’s traffic. Some cookies are essential for the Site to function; others require your prior consent.

2. Your Consent

On your first visit, a consent banner allows you to accept, refuse, or customize the use of non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time via the “Manage My Cookies” link available at the bottom of the Site. Your preferences are saved for 12 months, after which you will be asked to provide your consent again.

3. Categories of Cookies Used

Essential cookies (exempt from consent): browsing session, authentication for the “My Account” area, shopping cart contents, security, and saving your consent choices.
Preference cookies: saving display and input preferences (for example, the ZIP code used to search for retailers).
Statistical cookies: measuring website traffic, where applicable, to improve its content and functionality.
Third-party service cookies: Certain services integrated into the Site may set their own cookies when you use them—Google Maps (dealer location), address autocomplete (Google), and SystemPay secure payment (Lyra) when processing an order.

4. Detailed List of Cookies

The list below is automatically generated and updated by our consent management tool:

5. Configuring Your Browser

You can also configure your browser to block all or some cookies. This setting may affect your browsing experience and render certain features of the Site unusable (shopping cart, account login). The steps to follow are described in your browser’s help section.
