Polaire Grip snow chains are ideal for driving safely on snowy or icy roads. The inner sidewall of the tire and the tread are left exposed. The Polaire Grip is suitable for vehicles with limited clearance between the wheel and mechanical components.
Patented 7 mm chain track: The chain’s tread consists of two different types of polyurethane. The red “X” pattern is flexible and helps tighten and secure the chain to the tire. The black plastic components are robust and feature metal inserts to enhance traction on ice and snow. Two aramid cords integrated into the mold ensure the tread’s mechanical strength and minimal dynamic delamination.
Patented fastening system: The On/Off tension lever and adjustment knob are part of an innovative, patented system designed to simplify installation. The Polaire Grip requires adjustment before its first use. Thanks to its universal mounting system, it fits most bolts/nuts and wheel types. Optional XL (for very deep-dish rims) and S (for flush-mounted rims) mounting kits are available.
Carrying case: A lightweight, sturdy case containing a laminated instruction manual and a pair of fabric gloves.
