With Polaire TotalCare, you enjoy all the benefits of Polaire Care plus additional protection to support you in the event of an at-fault accident on snowy or icy roads.
What’s included in your Polaire TotalCare insurance:
- All the benefits of Polaire Care
- Partial reimbursement of the deductible in the event of an at-fault accident on a snow- or ice-covered road while your vehicle is equipped with Polaire chains or snow socks.
- Coverage for 12 months
- 1 claim per year, with a maximum deductible of €500 and a €50 out-of-pocket expense

How do I sign up?
- Create your account: Go to polaire.eu and set up your personal account
- Register your chains or socks within 30 days of purchase. In the “My Account” section, select “My Registered Products” and add your gear.
- Have your proof of purchase ready: Keep your receipt or invoice handy to complete
the registration. - Choose the Polaire Rassure plan that’s right for your gear.
Track your services
From your customer account, under the “My Subscribed Services” section, you can view the status of your Polaire Rassure services at any time: your active services, their expiration dates, and related actions (renewal, support request, contact).
