Snow-covered and icy roads are unpredictable, especially when driving uphill to a ski resort. Although the Mountain Law recommends four snow tires or a set of snow chains, the B26 sign indicating mandatory snow chains is often posted before the climb to the resort. Roof racks: a must-have for mounting your gear

Ski racks: a must-have for transporting skis and snowboards
No need to clutter up the interior of your vehicle with your skis and snowboards. Polaire offers two types of ski racks: roof-rack-mounted ski racks and magnetic ski racks.
- The roof-rack ski carrier
Two versions are available: the sliding ski rack, which is ideal for relatively high roofs and makes it easier to load and unload equipment, and the raised ski rack on blocks, which is better suited for curved skis or snowboards.
- The Magnetic Ski Rack
Installation is extremely simple: just clean the mounting surface and place the ski rack directly on it! However, magnetic ski racks are not recommended for vehicles with sunroofs or panoramic roofs, as this could compromise the rack’s grip and stability. Additionally, they are not suitable for vehicles without a steel roof, nor for roofs that are curved, grooved, or fully or partially domed, as this may prevent a secure attachment.
