Joubert France \u2013 POLAIRE, headquartered at 585 rue Actis\u00e8re, 38570 LE CHEYLAS,<\/strong> is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005, and to the obligations applicable to e-commerce services arising from Directive (EU) 2019\/882 (\u201cEuropean Accessibility Act\u201d), which has been transposed into French law and applies to services provided as of June 28, 2025. To this end, Polaire is implementing the following strategy and actions:<\/p>\n This accessibility statement applies to the website: https:\/\/www.polaire.eu<\/p>\n The Polaire website is partially compliant<\/strong> with the General Framework for Improving Accessibility (RGAA), version 4.1, due to the non-conformities and exceptions listed below.<\/p>\n This statement applies to the public website<\/strong>. The customer<\/strong> area\u2014dashboard, orders, returns, and after-sales service requests\u2014is not covered by the compliance rate stated below. It has undergone a separate audit, the findings of which are included in the action plan, and its inclusion in the declared scope will be reviewed during the follow-up audit.<\/p>\n The compliance audit conducted by Periscope<\/strong> on September 10, 11, and 14 September 2026 reveals that 63.3% of the RGAA Version 4.1 criteria are met<\/strong> (50 compliant criteria out of 79 applicable) within the scope of the public website.<\/p>\n No criteria were left untested: the compliance rate is not subject to a range; it is the measured rate for the service. Five verification campaigns tested it without changing a single status: NVDA acceptance testing, keyboard acceptance testing in Firefox, an audit of the consent banner, a PAC check of PDFs, and an audit of the customer portal confirmed or further detailed previously identified non-conformities.<\/p>\n The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons (RGAA 4.1 criteria numbers in parentheses):<\/p>\n The cookie consent manager (Cookiebot) is not listed here: although provided by a third party, it is purchased and configured by Polaire, and is therefore subject to the accessibility requirements. It has not yet been audited: the attempt on September 14, 2026, determined that it is currently not injected into any test environment, as its scripts were removed from the theme in favor of injection via the tag manager. It falls outside the scope of this statement, and its audit is included in the action plan once the injection chain is restored.<\/em><\/p>\n This statement was prepared on September 22, 2026.<\/p>\n HTML5, CSS (SCSS, Bootstrap 5), JavaScript (Web Components), PHP \/ WordPress, ACF Pro, Gravity Forms, WPML, WP Rocket.<\/p>\n Tests were conducted using the following configurations:<\/p>\n Analysis of the source code and the rendered DOM, Chromium driven by Playwright (keyboard, viewport, computed styles), calculation of contrast ratios (WCAG formula), wp-cli, PyMuPDF (PDF tagging), reading YouTube subtitle tracks, NVDA and its speech viewer, PAC 2024<\/strong> (PDF Accessibility Checker, PDF\/UA-1 compliance check).<\/p>\n Eight pages covering the purchase journey, selected using Polaire, tested for code compliance, in a browser, with a screen reader, and via keyboard navigation:<\/p>\n Ten pages were then added, including the pages required by the RGAA for all samples.
