The Polaire.eu website (hereinafter the \u201cSite\u201d) is published by Joubert France, on behalf of the products and customers of its Polaire brand, a company registered with the Clermont-Ferrand Trade and Companies Register under number 421 243 841 (hereinafter \u201cthe Company\u201d). These Terms of Use (hereinafter the \u201cTerms\u201d) set forth the conditions under which any Internet user (hereinafter the \u201cUser\u201d) may access and use the Site. Access to the Site constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.<\/p>\n

1. Purpose of the Website<\/h2>\n

The Site showcases the products and services of the Polaire brand and allows Users\u2014depending on their profile (individual, business, or reseller)\u2014to create a customer account, browse the catalog, place orders, and track their orders. The terms and conditions applicable to sales are set forth in the general terms and conditions of sale<\/a> specific to each profile.<\/p>\n

2. Access to the Site<\/h2>\n

The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with Internet access; the User is responsible for any connection fees. The Company takes reasonable measures to ensure continuous access to the Site, without being bound by an obligation of result: access may be suspended at any time, particularly for maintenance, updates, or any other technical reason, without the Company being held liable.<\/p>\n

Reseller access is reserved for customers who resell Polaire brand products and services listed by the Company according to its internal criteria, which are subject to change. Access to the reseller portal does not automatically entitle the User to be listed in the reseller directory. The requirements for eligibility to access a reseller portal and to be listed as a reseller may be requested from the Company via the contact form or through the sales department<\/span>

4. Orders<\/h2>\n

Orders placed on the Site are governed by the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to the buyer\u2019s profile (consumer, business, or reseller), which can be accessed from the Site\u2019s footer and during the checkout process.
